Q.   What is included in the price?

All bed linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels can be provided on request. All kitchen equipment, china, glass and cutlery is provided.

Q.   Cleaning.

The property will be clean on your arrival and you are expected to leave the villa in good state of cleanliness. If you have a booking of over one week, bed linen will be changed and the villa cleaned weekly.

Q.   Tourist Tax.

Tourist tax in Montenegro applies at the rate of approximately one euro per person per day. Our prices include tourist tax.

Q.   Damage deposit.

A refundable damage deposit of €100 is to be paid on arrival and will be duly refunded on departure, providing no damage occurred. You are advised to obtain travel insurance cover that includes accidental damage to the property.

Q.   Payment.

Payment for villa rental can be made by direct transfer to our bank, PayPal or Cash. For your convenience, we can accept payment in Euros, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars.

Q.   How to find the villa when you arrive?

After you book and pay the deposit, we will provide you with detailed direction instructions for arrival at the villa, where we will meet you and help with any immediate questions you may have.

Q.   Cancellation policy

For the duration of Covid-19 pandemic, please reffer to the page "Information about Coronavirus" to see our current Cancellation Terms.


Our cancellation policy is set out in the terms and conditions that form a part of the booking form. Notification to cancel must be made in writing, by email to villa@valex.uk and the date of cancellation is the date at which we receive the notification.

We will acknowledge receipt of your notification within 24 hours but if you do not receive this acknowledgement please contact us in case there has been a technical problem with your notification.


Cancellation charges:

   •   Cancelling up to 6 weeks prior to date of occupancy, we charge you the amount of the initial deposit only.

   •   After 5-4 weeks prior to date of occupancy, the 50% of the full rental payment will be payable.

   •   Cancelling 3 weeks or less prior to date of occupancy, full rental payment will be due.
