We at Villa Valex believe that booking your holiday may be that much needed glimmer of hope and tiny ray of light on your horizon, so we have totally relaxed our Cancellation Policy, to make this possible for you!

So, should you be unable to travel due to current Covid-19 pandemic and government travel restrictions, you will receive full 100% refund providing you cancel at least 2 weeks before the arrival.

For cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% refund.

Furthermore, our guests’ health & safety is our highest priority. Already since last year, we at Villa Valex are taking all necessary measures to make sure you are safe during your stay with us!

You can therefore rest assured that your Apartment will be well cleaned, disinfected and ventilated before your arrival and, to deliver on this promise, we do not have same day departure/arrivals.

We use licensed, Swedish health and safety standards approved virus-killing cleaning products to ensure maximal protection.

All the towels and bed linens are washed at minimum 60°C.

To further minimise any risk, you and your group will have the sole use of the pool area (no other guests to share with).

With all of these measures in place we are confident you can kick back, relax and enjoy your holiday!
